This beautiful Amethyst cathedral has been enhanced with titanium rainbow treatment on the quartz crystals throughout the cave area of the specimen.   Amethyst is considered a royal mineral specimen, and the metaphysical properties include removal of negative energy within the space. The coating is created in a vacuum chamber when the quartz is heated to 871 °C (1600 °F) in a vacuum, and then titanium vapor is added to the chamber.
