Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the quartz specimen to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Secure Packaging

Carefully wrap the crystal point in its original protective padding and sturdy box to prevent any fractures or chipping during the transit back to our warehouse.

Ship the Specimen

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our gemologists verify the crystal is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
